OenoFoss™

OenoFoss™ consist of two modular units built on identical platforms: a Fourier Transform Infared (FTIR) wine analysis unit and an optional VIS colour unit. The OenoFoss instrument is simple‐to‐use and does not require the use of chemicals. Base critical decisions such as when to pick, how to control fermentation or when to bottle on reliable and accurate analysis.
