Inline process refractometer iPR Basic³

The automatically operating process refractometer iPR Basic³ measure the refractive index continuously and thus, the concentration of a binary or quasi-binary liquid mixture. The measurement is independent of light intensity from the light emitting diode (LED), colour, turbidity, undissolved particles or gas bubbles. The stainless steel housing of the sensor is partially equipped with a blue anodized air cooling jacket. The iPR B³ measuring head can be installed in pipes, reactors, vessels and mixing tanks, using different weld-in flanges.

Inline process refractometer iPR HR²

The automatically operating process refractometer iPR HR² (High Resolution) measure the refractive index continuously and thus, the concentration of a binary or quasi-binary liquid mixture. The measurement is independent of light intensity from the light emitting diode (LED), colour, turbidity, undissolved particles or gas bubbles. They are especially developed for the check of liquids with very low solid concentrations (e.g., light drinks). iPR HR² own a high resolution and precision. The measuring head is made of stainless steel. The iPR HR² measuring head can be installed in pipes, reactors, vessels and mixing tanks, using different weld-in flanges.
